We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our Quality and Education Division. This role has been created to strengthen organisational readiness for accreditation, enhance patient-centred care, and support continuous improvement across our acute services.
The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 32.0 hours per fortnight
The Position:
As the Quality Coordinator - Acute, you will play a key role in supporting National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Accreditation and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with clinical leaders across our acute wards and units, you'll coordinate audit activity, monitor quality standards, support feedback and patient experience initiatives, and help ensure BRHS remains accreditation-ready at all times.
You will use your clinical and quality expertise to coach and guide staff, analyse data and trends, and support improvement actions that enhance patient safety and experience. You will also contribute to clinical incident review processes, assist with documentation systems, and provide quality advice across the organisation.

What You Bring:
* A relevant health qualification and at least five years of clinical experience.
* Experience in quality improvement, accreditation readiness, incident review or similar roles.
* Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to support staff and engage effectively with consumers and stakeholders.
* Analytical capability, problem-solving strengths and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with NSQHS Standards and the ability to support evidence collection, gap analysis and accreditation preparation.
