Austcorp Executive are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work out of their Perth branch. This position will provide support to multiple teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct incoming calls and offer assistance as needed.
* Provide general administrative support across departments, including scheduling, document preparation, scanning, and filing.
* Maintain internal registers and documentation accurately.
* Support team members with data entry, follow-ups, and basic reporting tasks.
* Coordinate documentation for stock or assets.
* Contribute to special projects and offer flexible support when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative/reception role is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
