Pay: $33.83 - $38.10 per hour, based on experience

As an Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
You'll achieve this by:
* Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engaging and supervising the children at all times
* Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
About Goodstart Flora Hill
* Intimate 70 place centre
* Inductions and Excursions that have occurred, include Yoga, Therapy Dog visits, Aged care facility, Gymnasium, Discovery centre etc.
* Indoor/Outdoor program run throughout the year
* Centres are highly engaged with families and community within their purpose-built centre
Great culture within the centre e.g. Team Building Exercises, staff outings etc.

You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
