We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Digital Services department on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
About the Role:
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Digital Services leadership team, ensuring effective coordination of technology purchasing and departmental processes. The position supports day to day operations through managing orders, financial administration, office resources, and broader business support activities.
What you'll do:
* Act as a central point of contact for administrative enquiries
* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and associated logistics
* Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and standard documentation, as required
* Support with processing purchase orders for technology, software, and services in line with procedures
* Support vendor onboarding and maintain associated documentation
* Maintain accurate financial and procurement records and ensure compliance with procedures
* Ensure all correspondence and administrative processes are completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and workflows.
* Contribute to a high‐performance culture that aligns with the vision, values and strategic priorities of the stream and organisation more broadly.
What you'll need:
* Relevant administrative or business qualifications (desirable)
* Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles
* Experience supporting Digital Services teams or project environments advantageous
* Experience using financial or invoicing systems (desirable)
* Exposure to procurement or purchase order processing (desirable)Good problem solving and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
