Key Responsibilities
* Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop infrastructure opportunities
* Design and implement enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and data center solutions
* Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution recommendations to customers and stakeholders
* Provide post-sales consulting, implementation services, and ongoing operational support
* Develop technical documentation, best practices, and reusable solution assets
* Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners
* Mentor technical team members and provide architectural leadership
* Stay current on emerging technologies through training and certification programs
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, backup, or data protection solutions
* Strong customer-facing, presentation, and consulting skills
* Experience in systems integration, managed services, or technology consulting environments
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
