We are seeking a talented individual to join our Real Estate Team. This role is available in either our Melbourne or Sydney office.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office. As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage a small group of professionals who play a pivotal role in managing and growing our portfolio of Real Estate Agents and Commercial Property Owner clients' insurance requirements and placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with Commercial Property clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
* Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
* Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
* Insurance broking experience, ideally looking after an SME or commercial book
* Prior experience managing a small team
* Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products
* Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
* Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
