We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Resort Attendants to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Australia’s most iconic remote destinations.
The Role
As a Resort Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable and memorable stay. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and the outdoors.
Your Day May Include
Providing friendly and professional customer service to guestsHousekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms and shared facilitiesSupporting food & beverage operations when requiredGrounds presentation and general resort upkeepAssisting guests with enquiries and local informationSupporting tour and operational teams during busy periods
About You
You thrive in a remote team environment and enjoy delivering great service with a positive attitude.
You Will Bring
Previous hospitality, housekeeping or tourism experience (desirable)Strong customer service and communication skillsA proactive, can-do attitudeAbility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysFlexibility to assist across multiple departmentsCapacity to work in a remote location as part of a close-knit team
