Lead Generation

* Build relationships through:

o Industry associations
o Referral partnerships
* Generate qualified leads weekly
Strategic Partnerships
Develop referral relationships with:
* Accountants
* Export advisers
* Lawyers
* Business brokers
* Manufacturing advisers
* Innovation consultants
Client Engagement
* Understand client eligibility for grants
* Conduct first‐level qualification
* Gather commercial background
* Brief internal grant writing team
* Support onboarding process
Market Development
Expand EZGrants into sectors such as:

* Export businesses

CRM & Reporting
* Maintain pipeline accuracy
