System support services are required to all areas of the client infrastructure environment with a focus on full site admin in Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SSCM) and Group Policy environments. Responsibilities include:
* Working on the SCCM/Napalm environments, including packaging and upgrade/rollout of desktop fleet;
* Performing structured testing;
* Assisting the Problem Manager with root cause analysis and resolution of problem candidates.
* Rebuilding desktop fleet with Windows 10 SOE as required;
* Utilizing competent troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify complex issues;
* Interacting with experts from delivery teams regarding the requirements and technical direction;
Experience:
* Strong SCCM experience (full site administration, packaging, rollouts)
* Group Policy
* Windows 11 SOE rebuilds and rollouts
* Strong software packaging skills
* Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills
