About the Role
Join the headspace Early Psychosis Program (hEPP) Continuing Care Team (CCT) as a Senior Family Clinician and play a pivotal role in supporting young people aged 12–25 who are at risk of, or experiencing, a first episode of psychosis. In this leadership position, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to young people and their families/carers, ensuring interventions are youth-friendly, recovery-oriented, and family-focused. Working within the EPPIC model of care, you will contribute to early identification and intervention, reduce the impact of psychosis, and support meaningful, long-term recovery outcomes.
As a senior member of a multidisciplinary, community-based team, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to staff, working closely with the Team Leader and Clinical Lead to drive best practice service delivery. You will be actively involved in clinical reviews, support continuous service improvement, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership, within an assertive outreach model that delivers comprehensive assessment and intensive case management over an extended period. Applicants will bring at least five years of relevant clinical experience and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for young people and their families.
