Our Retail Loan Fulfilment General Support team provides a key function within the bank and is responsible for Substitutions and Stamping and Lodging of security documents, for inhouse settlements and incoming and outgoing mail. The Loan Services Officer role plays an important administrative role in the Bank's lending ensuring that the Bank is compliant.
In this support role, you'll make your mark by:
- Maintain current file status in appropriate systems.
- Ensure correctness of documents tendered for stamping & lodging for registration.
- Attend/arrange stamping and lodging for registration of all loan security documents at the various offices of State Revenue and Registry Offices.
- Ensure appropriate cheques are submitted for stamping and registration of documents and all general ledgers/suspense accounts are accurately reconciled.
- Ensure any work requisitions are updated in the register and monitored through to completion.
- Meet any agreed productivity targets and ensure that output statistics are updated to Active Ops on a daily basis for management reporting purposes.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with service standards.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proactive, innovative, and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Someone energetic, enthusiastic, and co-operative.
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes with the ability to prioritise.
- Ability to work full time, onsite 5 days per week at Ipswich Regional Office.
- While previous experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles and other forms of property legislation, stamp duty legislation and practices are desirable, it's not essential.
