**Employment Type**: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am and x6.30pm
**Pay**: $27.58 to $31.06 plus casual loading

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
You'll achieve this by
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
About Goodstart Bentleigh East, South Road
Goodstart Early Learning Bentleigh East is in a picturesque neighbourhood, close to local schools, shops, main roads and community facilities. We are also close to public transport links, making the daily drop-off and pick-up less stressful. We are focused on collaborating with families to create a supportive environment for each child in our care and each day we spend time talking with families and updating them on their child's day. We have a strong connection with our local community with regular visits from the local Dentist and Maternal Child Health Nurse. We hold monthly information sessions, where specialists such as Occupational Therapists and Psychologists attend.
