What You Will Do
1. Oversight of Daily Operations: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Sports and Aquatic Centre. This will include managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
2. Leadership and Teamwork: The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader who can motivate and guide their team to achieve outstanding results. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
3. First Aid Certification: A valid Advanced First Aid certificate is required for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain their certification throughout their employment with us.
