As Innovations and Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Optus Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) and Strategic Technology Forum (STF). You will ensure flawless execution and delivery of these high-value platforms, contributing directly to our business development outcomes. What You’ll Do Support planning and logistics for enterprise community and corporate partnerships (e.g., AICC, TTBC), ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Coordinate sponsorship activations, positioning Optus executives with priority customers and tracking commercial outcomes. Contribute to partnership ROI reporting, measuring leads generated, opportunities influenced, and customer advocacy impact. Serve as the ‘SAB & STF Concierge’, managing all communications, enquiries, and touchpoints with executive members to ensure a high-value experience. Coordinate logistics and lead all aspects of end-to-end delivery for SAB/STF engagements, including masterclasses, boardroom sessions, global and local study tours, and custom executive experiences. Maintain accurate program calendars, run sheets, and action trackers for SAB/STF initiatives, ensuring critical timelines and achievements are met. Manage program budgets, including cost forecasting, supplier/vendor negotiations (local and global), and financial reporting to ensure value for money and a strong return on investment. Provide executive-level hospitality and customer care, reinforcing Optus’ premium positioning with C-suite customers. What You Bring Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience delivering executive-level events or programs. Demonstrated experience in executive hospitality and concierge-level service for senior collaborators. Proven ability to manage complex budgets and negotiate effectively with a range of suppliers and vendors. Commercially minded with an understanding of how executive programs and partnerships drive pipeline and revenue growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of succinct executive briefings and reports.
