Job Title: Career Coach
We are seeking an experienced Career Coach to help individuals achieve their career goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to participants in the workplace, helping them to build strong relationships with employers and create personalized plans to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to participants in the workplace, helping them to identify and achieve their career aspirations.
* Work closely with employers to understand their needs and develop strategies to support participant success.
* Develop and implement retention plans that meet the individual needs of participants, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated in their roles.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of supporting individuals in achieving their career goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
* Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
* Organized and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems.
