About the role
Dome Coffees Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Port Hedland location. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Cafe Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting the Cafe Manager in leading and motivating a team of passionate baristas and front of house team members
* Ensuring the cafe operates efficiently and profitably by overseeing the day to day management of the Cafe
* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
* Supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives and new product launches
What we're looking for
* Ideally 2 years' experience in a similar Assistant Manager or Shift Manager role within the hospitality industry
* Full availability from Monday to Sunday to work across a range of opening and closing shifts
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
