About the Role:
As Finance Business Partner – Property & Fixed Assets, you'll be the strategic link between finance, property and operations. From capital projects to asset management, your insights will guide decisions that shape the future of Sundale.
This role is central to performance reporting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. You'll lead financial planning for development projects, partner with senior leaders, and provide insights that drive value and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for property and facilities
* Manage fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure reporting
* Partner with the Executive Manager and Property and Facilities team to assess financial implications of procurement and project decisions
* Oversee financial performance of development projects, including cash flow and feasibility alignment
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and financial controls
* Provide insightful commentary and analysis to senior leadership
* Support regulatory reporting and audit processes
* Maintain the asset ledger and enhance accounting systems for accuracy and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in financial business partnering, FP&A, and capital project reporting
* Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication skills
* Commercial acumen and ability to influence decision-making
* Experience in aged care or not for profit related industries is highly desirable
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
* CPA, CA, CIMA or equivalent professional certification
* Police Check
* Pre-employment medical assessment
