Position Details

- Remuneration: $109,247.00 - $133,156.00 per annum, plus superannuation

Qualifications & Selection Criteria

- Professional qualification in either Social Work (eligible for membership of AASW), Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA, or Clinical Psychology with full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) and endorsement in Clinical Psychology (or eligibility to progress towards same), plus a minimum two-year full-time APAC-accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology for psychologists.
- Extensive clinical experience in delivering family-based intervention and therapeutic models with infants, children, adolescents (up to 18 years) and their families/carers.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills with the ability to interact constructively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence; capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staff.
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes; lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff.
- Advanced skills in conducting acute/non-acute assessments including risk assessment and management.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills.
- Current driver's licence (or willingness to travel as required).
