Technical Services Manager
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical services to support the contract. Your expertise and experience will enable effective management of projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Ensure that contract standards are adhered to when dealing with clients and subcontractors.
* Project Change Management: Develop and maintain a project change management plan.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain regular client contact and form strong working relationships both internally and externally.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve business performance and growth.
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualified in either a building or engineering discipline, or a trades background is required.
* Leadership and Compliance: Leadership and compliance qualification or experience + Previous experience in a supervisory role.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen, with ability to develop comprehensive cost and progress reports.
