This role provides exposure to guest relations and events, requiring a leader who can seamlessly transition between day-to-day service operations and event coordination and execution. As the F&B Manager, you will lead service standards, recruit and develop front-of-house staff, identify and nurture future leaders through structured development plans, and manage key cost control responsibilities.
