We're seeking a passionate Chef Manager to lead our new site in Walkerville. This hands‐on role is about more than great food - it's about creating comfort and connection through every meal.
You'll lead a close‐knit team, drive quality and consistency, and build a positive kitchen culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve optimal outcomes for residents
* Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for 16 to 50 short‐term residents
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of special dietary meals
* Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations
* Provide fast, efficient service while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with several experience in a high‐volume kitchen environment
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong communication skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Proactive, positive approach with a genuine passion for delivering quality food
