We're seeking a Registered Experienced Surveyor (or Surveyor on the endorsement pathway) to join our dynamic Baringa office on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role offers diverse, high-value projects across Southeast Queensland with a strong focus on land development, construction set-out, and cadastral surveying.

The Role
You'll lead and deliver field surveying for design, construction, engineering, and cadastral projects while mentoring less experienced team members when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cadastral, feature, contour, identification, and engineering surveys to the highest standards
* Perform building and construction set-outs, as-builts, and work-as-executed surveys
* Process and reduce survey data using LisCAD or AutoCAD
* Prepare work-as-executed plans and manage survey data deliverables
* Liaise directly with clients, builders, engineers, and council authorities
* Ensure full compliance with SBQ, company QA, and industry standards
* Identify and resolve non-conformances in the field
* Mentor and guide survey technicians and graduates when required
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Current SBQ Registration at any level (Surveying Associate, Surveying Graduate, Surveyor and Surveyor with Endorsement considered)
* Ambition to progress registration levels will be highly encouraged and supported
* Minimum 3–5+ years' experience in urban land development
* Proficiency with modern total stations, GNSS, and robotic equipment
* Strong skills in LisCAD, BricsCAD, AutoCAD, Recap, CoPre, and/or 360 Cyclone
* Valid Queensland driver's licence and full Australian working rights
* White Card (General Construction Induction)
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and pride in error-free deliverables

* Previous experience supervising or mentoring field crews
