What will your day look like? Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and support desktop, laptop, printers, mobile devices to ensure smooth operation for all end-users. Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software. Provide remote and on-site technical assistance and training to end-users as required.
