About the Role
As a leader in enterprise data strategy, you will drive the development and governance of our enterprise data ecosystem.
You will play a pivotal role in designing and managing our Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and Power BI environments — ensuring business-wide access to trusted data for decision-making and innovation.
* Develop and oversee the architecture, implementation, and ongoing management of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and OneLake platforms.
* Create and maintain comprehensive data models spanning ERP (D365), production, finance, and time-keeping systems.
* Lead data governance efforts, including data quality, security, and lineage.
* Manage the Power BI reporting ecosystem, transitioning from legacy ZAP reporting to modern, dynamic dashboards.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver self-service analytics and actionable insights.
* Partner with the Integration & Automation team to develop data pipelines for AI and machine learning use cases.
* Mentor a growing team of Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Analysts.
