We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join the Elysium Digital team on a PERMANENT basis. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of a complex, Agile government program.

Working closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and the broader delivery team, the PSO provides coordination, governance support, and operational assistance to ensure the program runs efficiently and meets reporting and assurance requirements.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and is comfortable working across both agile delivery practices and government project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & delivery support

* Support agile delivery teams by coordinating ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and program-level forums
* Maintain delivery artefacts including sprint schedules, delivery plans, RAID logs, and action registers
* Assist Delivery Managers with day-to-day coordination across workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders
Governance & reporting
* Prepare and maintain project documentation in line with government governance requirements
* Support regular reporting cycles (status reports, dashboards, executive updates)
* Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions, escalating where required
* Support assurance, audit, and compliance activities as needed
Financial & administrative support
* Assist with financial tracking including invoicing, purchase orders, forecasts, and budget updates
* Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and team logistics
* Support procurement and contract administration activities where required
Stakeholder coordination
* Act as a central point of coordination between delivery teams, program leadership, and corporate support areas
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
* Follow up actions and ensure timely communication across the program
* updates to the delivery and program teams.
Skills & Experience:

Essential:
* Experience supporting projects or programs within an agile delivery environment
* Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
* Experience working within Australian Government or other regulated environments
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery context
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
* Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
* Experience supporting digital, technology, or service delivery programs
* Exposure to government reporting, assurance, or procurement processes
* Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
