Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced administrators and an accounts administrator for various positions in Wollongong, AU.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering closely with the health specialist to provide efficient and accurate administrative claims support.
* Making timely and accurate calculations of workers compensation payroll.
* Ensuring that health data is updated in the relevant systems.
* Collating medical information.
* Providing excellent customer service.
Administrators will have solid experience in an administrative support and/or customer service role, confident communication skills, payroll/ workers compensation payment experience, strong organisational skills, strong general IT skills, initiative, with attention to detail. Experience working within workers compensation and has an understanding of medical terminology is advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
* Document control experience.
* Version control with in Aconex, OneDrive and similar systems.
* General understanding of engineering drawings to enable sorting and storage.
* Project manager/team assistance.
* Experience within Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint), preference for experience within Aconex or similar database systems.
The accounts administrator will be responsible for accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciling statements. Accounting experience or qualifications are highly advantageous.
