This project will deliver on-demand energy and large-scale storage for generations to come.
Purpose of the Role
The HR Indigenous & Social Inclusion Advisor develops implements supports initiatives promoting Indigenous employment cultural awareness social inclusion within the organisation.
Fostering inclusive workplace practices supporting Indigenous engagement strategies providing advice to leaders employees strengthens diversity inclusion outcomes.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification Human Resources Indigenous Studies Social Sciences related field preferred
* Cultural competency training relevant Indigenous engagement certifications preferred
* White Card required
Experience
* HR diversity inclusion Indigenous engagement roles experience
* Proven ability develop implement diversity inclusion Indigenous employment initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement particularly Indigenous communities organisations
* Delivering cultural awareness training facilitating inclusive workplace programs
