Working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGenOrganise Parts on Service work ordersAssist with parts enquiriesAllocate freight onto service work ordersMonitor parts and service back ordersAssist team with part availability and freight costs/quotesExternal supplier purchase ordersMonitoring service core 
Responsibilities 
To be successful in this role you will need the following: 
Have previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly regardedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBe highly computer literateExtremely organised with a high level of attention to detailMechanical knowledge/background is highly regardedLocal Valid Drivers License
