Small‑Scale (6.6–100kW) & Large‑Scale (100–750kW) Commercial Solar - Business Development Managers
RESINC SOLAR & BATTERIES is expanding and we’re hiring two experienced Business Development Managers to join our award‑winning national team to drive sales across our Small Scale Commercial Solar (6.6kW – 100kW) and Large Scale Commercial Solar (100kW – 750kW) divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with cold leads and inbound enquiries
- Analyse client needs and provide accurate, competitive quotations
- Build strong client relationships to secure long‑term partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline and lead tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in commercial solar and battery
- Strong technical understanding of solar solutions (both small‑scale and large-scale)
- Advanced expertise in solar technology and systems is required
- Proven track record of closing deals from cold leads
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- For the large‑scale role: SAA‑accredited electrician (10+ yrs) OR degree‑qualified electrical/renewable energy engineer (10+ yrs) would be highly favoured
