Job Title: Operations Processing Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Processing Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in ensuring site and financial administration functions are completed efficiently and in line with customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are complied with, particularly when interacting with customers.
* Manage and reconcile distribution records, including PODs, driver run sheets, and sub-contractor payments to meet customer invoicing needs.
* Complete Branch Payroll, including accurate recording and payment of employment hours and leave requirements through employee timesheets.
* Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting and documentation, including weekly KPIs.
* Ensure correct reconciliation and payment of internal and external subcontractor invoices.
* Maintain adequate controls in SAP to ensure financial integrity of site-related activity.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience within an administrative role in the Transport/Logistics Industry.
* Experience across financial and operational administration requirements, including freight plans, invoicing, payroll, and payment-related activities.
* Prior experience working with systems like SAP, Microsoft Office suite, and Transport-related systems.
* Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Exposure to rail transport will be highly regarded.
* Ability to provide high-level customer service to meet customer requirements.
