Role Description This is a full time role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, located on-site in Melbourne, VIC.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering systems, and offering help desk support.
The candidate will also maintain and support enterprise communication and data network systems for the organization.
? Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and tablets (Windows *****) ? Manage in-person walk-up support at the tech hub ? Troubleshoot AV setups in meeting rooms ? Work with Azure AD and Intune (MDM) ? Support Microsoft 365, Adobe, and other enterprise tools Qualifications 2+ years of IT support experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Autopilot & IntuneExperience in Windows 10 & 11 upgrades and asset managementExperience with Technical Support and TroubleshootingProficiency in Information Technology and System AdministrationSkills in Help Desk Support and customer interactionStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPrior experience in enterprise communication and data networking is a plusRelevant certifications in IT support or system administration are advantageous
