The Opportunity
Permanent Part‐time roles – 60 hours per fortnight, variety of shifts. Newcastle Anglican is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our aged care facility at Bishope Tyrell Place – Cundletown. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.

Role & Responsibilities
* Actively promote Anglican Care's positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
* Consistent delivery of person‐centred care to residents in our facilities
* Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
* Abide by Aged Care Standards
* Work as an effective team member
About You
* Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or second/third year RN student
* Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
* Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to accurately document resident's care/progress
