Join Hunter Douglas' 10-month Global Management Trainee Program in Australia to develop leadership skills through rotations across key business areas and real project work.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Complete three weeks of onboarding including local and global induction at HQ.
Participate in five months of field training rotating through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service.
Engage in daily operations and project work during each rotation.
Attend one week of Leadership and Methodology training to prepare for your individual project.
Deliver a four-month individual project with measurable results applying methodology and technical knowledge.
Present your project to Leadership and receive feedback.
Receive final placement into a full-time role in Sales, Operations, Product, or Functional areas.
Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Global Leaders, and peers throughout the program.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Graduated or graduating between **** and ****, with all coursework completed by December ****.
Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, job experiences, student clubs, or volunteer work.
Fully mobile and willing to work on-site at major locations, including frontline roles in diverse environments.
Hard-working, responsible, and eager to learn continuously.
Accountable, problem-solving mindset with agility and urgency.
Intellectually curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
Natural leader who enjoys teamwork and achieving ambitious goals.
