This is a full-time Administration/Receptionist role, located in Pialba, Hervey Bay, QLD. As an integral part of the administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support across various office functions to ensure the smooth running of the business.What you'll be doingProviding a warm and professional reception service, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team membersMaintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems and workflowsScheduling appointmentsPerforming a range of administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, and scheduling client workProviding support for team members as requiredEnsuring office supplies are well-stocked and that the work environment is kept clean and tidyWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably within a professional office environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlinesProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of Xero Practice Manager, Xero, and other bookkeeping software desirable but not essential as these will be trainedA positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional serviceKnowledge of office procedures and best practicesWhat we offerCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career progressionSupportive and collaborative work environmentRDO every Second MondayAbout usEntegra Shared Services Trust is a leading provider of comprehensive tax and accounting services.
