Job Role
">
The role is part of CAV's Underquoting Taskforce, addressing unfair and deceptive practice of underquoting that can mislead prospective buyers in the residential real estate market. The taskforce aims to understand drivers and behaviours behind underquoting and develop strategies that eliminate these practices, boosting consumer confidence in CAV's regulation of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Organise and prioritise tasks, being the first point of contact on behalf of the Taskforce Lead with CAV staff, managers, other Departments and staff, taking follow-up action as required.
">
* Coordinate Branch reporting requirements, including the capture and reporting of performance measures.
">
* Contribute to the coordination of daily activities, process improvements and other branch activities.
">
* Assist in research and analysis activities, preparing discussion papers, briefs, reports and presentations as required.
">
* Provide administrative and operational support and assistance to the Taskforce Lead, General Manager and other senior staff in the branch.
">
