About your new job

The responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts
* Some bank reconciliations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect details
* Regular liaison with other branches
* Provide administrative support to the finance team and wider administration team when required, including production and warehouse
* Relief Reception
* Other general administrative tasks as required

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in accounts and administrative support
* Problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Professional demeanour when engaging with internal/external stakeholders
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages and some experience with packages such as XERO, MYOB, or QuickBooks
