We are seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers to deliver high‐quality security services. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe and secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, incident response, and stakeholder engagement.

Play a key role in keeping people, assets, and facilities safe. As a Security Officer, you'll deliver frontline security through patrols, monitoring, access control, and incident response – while always providing a professional and customer‐focused presence.
Job Location: Kogarah, Sydney
Contract: Permanent full time & part time opportunities available
Pay Rate: SSIA Level 3 & 4
Shift Pattern: Ability to work rotating day and night shifts of 12 hours
Key responsibilities
* Conduct routine patrols and security checks
* Perform alarm response and incident management
* Maintain control room and site security operations
* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems
* Identify and respond to suspicious behaviour or incidents
* Maintain accurate surveillance records
* Escort visitors, contractors, and personnel
* Monitor movement of goods and deliveries
* Respond to security breaches and alarms
* Support emergency evacuation and incident coordination
* Liaise with emergency services when required
* Complete accurate reports and documentation
* Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
About You
* Must have Security Licence, Classification 1A (Unarmed Guarding)
* Valid First Aid Certificate (3 years validity) with current CPR Certificate (1 year validity)
* Ability to clear an Australian Police Check
* Strong communication, customer service skills
* Excellent observation, problem‐solving, and reporting abilities
* Confidence using security systems and MS Office
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
