As a specialist legal recruiter, I'm partnering with a highly regarded Brisbane-based commercial law firm to recruit a Property Lawyer (3–5 years PAE) into their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and high-performing property practice, working closely with experienced Partners and gaining exposure to a diverse range of high-quality matters.
The Opportunity
You'll work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including development and leasing, with exposure to complex and high-value transactions. The team is well-structured, offering strong support, established processes and genuine access to senior lawyers to support your development. In addition to core property work, there is the opportunity to work on specialised asset classes including hotels, resorts, retirement living and build-to-rent developments—areas where the firm is a recognised market leader in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and due diligence
* Development work including site acquisition, structuring, titling and subdivisions
* Drafting and negotiating commercial, retail and industrial leases
* Managing contracts, settlements and general advisory work
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
* 3–5 years PAE in property law
* Strong experience across transactions, development and leasing
* Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
* Commercially minded with strong client engagement skills
