At Travel + Leisure Co our vision is to put the World on Vacation. In your position as the Night All Rounder you will be responsible for all after hour operations for resort and Reception, including security patrols, public area cleaning and after hour owner requests.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
* Provision of exceptional customerservice to all Owners, guests,staff and other members of the public
* General cleaning duties
* Security inspections
* Any other duties that may be required to be carried out throughout a night shift
* Maintains after hours resort security and noise levels
* Ensures safety of guests at all times.
* Maintains public area presentation.
* Performs daily checking in and out and registration of owners and guests
* Maintenance of a neat and tidy office appearance.
* Dispensing of information to owners and guests.
* Co-ordination between other departments to ensure guest needs are attended to.
* Utilisation of office communications equipment, including telephonist duties.
* Handling of cash and daily balancing of front office transactions.
* Maintain positive relations with other staff and management.
* Promote a clean and secure working environment
* Be familiar with and adhere to company occupational health and safety policies and procedures
* Work and behave in a way that does not endanger yourself or others in the workplace
* Report any unsafe practices, incidents or accidents to your supervisor / manager immediately
* Employees must ensure they comply with T+L's OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by T+L.
* Employees must not willfully place at risk the healthand safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
* Must be confident to conduct security inspections/patrols
* Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
* Strong attention to detail
* A general knowledge of invoicing and administration
* Ability to perform routine cleaning and clerical tasks
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling
