">A passionate and dedicated individual is sought to join our childcare team as an Assistant Centre Manager. This role involves working collaboratively with the centre manager and administrator to ensure the smooth running of the centre operations for all children and their families.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Work collaboratively with the centre manager and administrator to manage the day-to-day operations
* Support the running of the centre including occupancy, ratio management and centre operating expenses
* Work collaboratively with the enrolments team and conducting onsite tours
* Engaging with families and the community and coordinate events
* Roster and social media management
* Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You
">The ideal candidate will be passionate about childcare, enjoy leading from the front to inspire, mentor, and develop our educators and future leaders. The required skills and qualifications include:
">
* Strong team leadership experience
* Previous Assistant Centre Manager or equivalent leadership experience
* ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education)
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Current Valid Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
