The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our finance department and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and general finance administration
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation
- Assist with customer queries regarding finance and billing
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and dealership teams
About You:
- Previous experience in finance, administration, or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting/finance software
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Positive, proactive, and a team player
