**About the Role**
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and resolve incidents relating to the use of IT services
- Engage and collaborate with end-users and customers managing service support issues.
- Problem solving using knowledge base and other toolsets / processes
- Escalate service requests and incidents to the appropriate specialists as per IT procedures.
- Record, maintain and create information related to the operation and quality of IT services
- Identify and document reoccurring issues and suggest improvements to IT services.
- Liaising with Group staff members on things such as new programs/systems
- Identification of continuous improvement opportunities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a remote team
**About you**
- Microsoft Applications experience
- Experience using a ticketing system or Service Now.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and negotiate with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- You'll be able to work autonomously and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
