We are currently seeking an energetic Registered Nurse or RNto join our friendly team on a Full Timebasis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
* Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support
* Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
* Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
* Documentation and accurate record keeping
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
* Experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
* A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
* Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
* NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
* Permanent availability for Sunday-Thursday: AM/PM/ND
