ChoiceOne are seeking Registered Nurses with occupational health experience and a strong interest in clinical governance. This role offers a mix of clinical practice and project work, combining hands-on services with auditing, policy development, and service improvement.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with poisons permits, delivering vaccination programs, and supporting emergency medical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered immuniser with strong organisational and communication skills who is looking for variety and responsibility in their next role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical governance projects and poisons permit management
- Deliver onsite vaccinations, drug & alcohol testing, and pathology collection
- Manage stock control, vaccine management, and compliance
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality assurance documentation
- Support emergency services coordination and reporting requirements
- Assist with client proposals, service delivery reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with immunisation certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational health nursing
- Robust project management and clinical governance knowledge
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and liaise with senior stakeholders
