* This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* You will be responsible for managing your route efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products, and resolving any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
* In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow existing customer business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales: Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services, successfully complete sales programs, develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities.
* Customer Relationships: Handle all administrative aspects of sales, identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services, develop positive relationships with principal customer contacts.
* Route Management: Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue: operate company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience within sales or a route sales role.
* Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
* Ability to drive commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Valid Driver's License and Excellent Driving Record.
