The Opportunity
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Catering Assistant within our Brisbane Operations team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of back-of-house services to the clients floor.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting the Chef with basic food preparation.
* Washing and drying dishes, and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
* Maintaining efficient storage and rotation of stock.
* Cleaning, clearing, and configuring conference rooms as required.
* Supporting occasional morning and evening functions.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A preference of 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
* A working knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team.
* A professional manner and a friendly, team-focused attitude.
* Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.
