Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Innovation Manager to lead our engineering projects and innovation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering, with experience in project management, product development, or R&D within manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex project lifecycles and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of R&D and engineering projects from concept to commercialization.
* Evaluate technical feasibility of innovative ideas for adoption by clients across various industries using existing tools and systems etc..
