As our Australian operations continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Concord .
About the Role This role suits someone with strong commercial skills and a high level of attention to detail.
You'll support project teams by managing contract documentation, assisting with procurement, and ensuring commercial processes are followed across all projects.
Key Responsibilities Administer contracts from tender through to project completion.
Prepare and review subcontract agreements, variations, extensions of time, and progress claims.
Assist with drafting and negotiating contract documents.
Help identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow against contract requirements.
Maintain accurate contract records and commercial documentation.
Support procurement activities and tender evaluations.
Prepare commercial reports and updates for project leaders.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practice in contract administration.
About You Experience in contract administration within construction, engineering, or similar project-based environments.
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Able to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Confident using contract management and reporting systems.
