About the Role
Curtin University's Property's team is looking for a creative and proactive Communications and Engagement Coordinator.
Who plays a key part in delivering high-quality communication and engagement activities that enhance awareness, minimise disruption, and promote Curtin's campus, services and major projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering communication plans whilst working closely with Properties, Facilities and Development (PF&D) team members to obtain the information required for successful communications
* Write, edit and produce engaging content across digital and traditional channels such as web, social, electronic direct mail campaigns (eDMs), print and presentations
* Use digital tools and visual storytelling to drive effective engagement
* Coordinating events, that support PF&D initiatives
* Ensure all content aligns with Curtin's brand, values and style guidelines
* Evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously improving engagement outcomes
* Working closely with Corporate Relations and a range of internal and external stakeholders
What you'll bring
* A degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience delivering communication and engagement strategies in a complex environment
* Strong writing skills and the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
* Experience managing digital channels and producing high-quality content
* Excellent relationship-building skills and a solutions-focused mindset
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is desirable.

What We Offer You
This role offers a salary package of $96,323 - $102,186 (G06) per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
