Job Description
* Managing weekly and monthly pay run on time according to Finance & Audit requirements
* Ensuring all staff changes are recorded and salary benefits are updated in the HR/payroll system
* Verify time sheets, deductions, and other payroll data to ensure accuracy
* Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and commissions as needed
* Handling staff inquiries about payroll
* Providing headcount and costing reports as requested
The Successful Applicant
* Possessing over three years of experience as a payroll officer
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Possesses strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
